By making a purchase on Dheiva Soulcare, you agree to the following payment terms:

After completing the payment, customers must send a transaction screenshot via WhatsApp with their order details.
Our team will verify the payment within 10-15 minutes before processing the order.
Payment verification is available between 7:00 AM to 11:45 PM IST.
Orders will not be processed until payment confirmation is received.
1.3 Non-Refundable Transactions
Payments once made cannot be canceled if the order is already processed.
Refunds are applicable only under the conditions mentioned in the Return & Refund Policy.
Any fraudulent transaction or unauthorized payment attempt will lead to order cancellation.
2.1 Eligibility for Return/Refund
Return Request Timeline: Customers must initiate a return/refund request within X days of receiving the product.
Condition of Return Items: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds will be processed within X business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank Transfer/UPI).
Shipping fees and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
